We have a risk-based approach to health and safety, creating a safe working environment by assessing and identifying risks and ensuring that good practice and safe systems are in place across all our construction activities.

Our Health & Safety department is supervised by a qualified health and safety consultant who is always on hand to support our employees with guidance, advice and training.
We hold annual reviews of our H&S policy and procedures, and ensure that we report all accidents and incidents to maintain compliance in accordance with HSE statutory provisions.
Regular training, inspections and audits are conducted by our H+S consultant and by the director responsible for H+S.
We recruit workers whom we induct thoroughly into our health and safety procedures encouraging all staff to contribute to a working environment free of accidents.
We provide training and refresher courses for staff to promote awareness of health and safety good practice through the distribution of regular staff bulletins and safety alerts.
We are committed to ensuring all our site supervisors hold the CITB Construction Skills Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certificate.
We conduct regular sub contractor assessments and reviews, and only use approved suppliers to provide and maintain safe plant and work equipment.
Our risk assessments ensure that we implement safe systems of work on site.
